One-to-One Executive Coaching with Sarah Reynolds

“As a coach, I ask my clients to trust me with their innermost thoughts and challenges — to be realistic and honest about every aspect of their current position. This initial, frank assessment is a vital part of the process and relies on building a trusting relationship for meaningful and transformative coaching. After all, a map is useless if you don’t know your starting point.”
— Sarah Reynolds
Sarah offers tailored solutions to help clients understand what prevents them from achieving their goals. Her aim is to help you identify the direction in which you want to go, and then build an action plan to get you there.
Work and life can be challenging, and the choices we make can affect how we see ourselves and measure our capabilities. LifeForward Coaching focuses on universal skills such as resilience, strategic thinking and confidence — whilst also addressing your specific workplace challenges and individual development needs.
Working in partnership.
- Coaching to build confidence, increase emotional awareness and develop strategic thinking.
- Work that acknowledges both workplace challenges and personal needs.
- A focus on working with you to create impact and influence in your life.
- Creating an action plan to achieve your goals.
Coaching sessions aim to inspire and motivate you to create forward momentum. It takes approximately 21 days for new neural connections to form — so for new actions and behaviours to become habitual, we need to practise them consciously for at least three weeks. Ultimately, the most powerful work you do will be the work done between your coaching sessions.
A few commitments.
- Prepare in advance of each session so that we can begin with a clear objective.
- Work on agreed actions and objectives in your own time, so we can observe their impact and track how positive habits are developing.
- Be committed to creating change.
Let's have a conversation.
